Castillo Real Resort Hotel St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine Beach

The hotel had a lovely charm and was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to access restaurants and enjoy the sun. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, I had some issues with the air conditioning in my second room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made up for some of the hiccups. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with a decent price, but there were a few maintenance issues that need addressing.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot just a short walk to the beach and near some great restaurants. I found the rooms to be clean, but they need some updates, especially the carpet. While the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help, the noise from the dining area and the elevator was quite bothersome. Overall, it's a decent place for a beach getaway but definitely has room for improvement.
